Ordering Information

• Restrictions: This is a wholesale website only. A valid resale number is required when placing your order.
• Minimum Orders: First order of $400 with no minimum on number of pieces per item. No minimum on reorders.
• Terms: Only prepayment in the form of: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discovercard or company check is accepted.
• Late Payments: A finance charge of 1.50% per month will be charged to the past due account.
• Returned Checks or Stop Payment Checks: Twenty-five dollars ($25) will be charged to the account for all NSF or Stop Payment checks. Only credit card payment or prepayment will be accepted for future orders.
• Shipping: All orders are shipped by FedEx ground.
• Returns: Aubussons are hand dyed and hand woven products. Variations in color, tone and weave (such as slubs and small gaps in the weave) are part of the character of this product and should not be considered defects. Sometimes
  there might be a "smoky" scent to our pillows, this is normal and is a temporary result of the manufacturing process
  and will disappear after the pillows have had a chance to air out. Due to possibe color variations on your computer monitor and also due to different dye lots for each item, we cannot guarantee the color of our products to be exactly the same as it appears on this website.
  All returns must be approved by Chinawind USA. Please inspect your shipment immediately
  upon receipt. All claims of loss, damage or defects MUST be reported to Chinawind USA within 10 days of
  receipt of order to qualify for replacement. Claims for loss cannot be honored if the original shipping carton
  is not retained for inspection by FedEx. Only returns of damaged or defective merchandise is permitted for
  replacement. A return package will be refused if a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by our customer
  representative is not labeled on the outside of the package.
